2017 Honda FourTrax Rincon , The outdoors can be a rough place—hot, cold, wet, dry, rocky, muddy, steep. But the smart outdoorsman—or outdoorswoman—knows that you don’t have to suffer. They find a way to smooth it instead of roughing it. And the Honda Rincon is one of the most refined, smooth, comfortable ATVs to ever take on what mother nature has to offer. The Rincon stands at the top of our ATV lineup. It’s built around our biggest ATV engine, and it’s a class-leader when it comes to comfort, ride quality, and innovation too. As with any Honda, it all starts with the engine: a liquid-cooled 675cc single-cylinder featuring a twin-plug cylinder head. The longitudinal-crankshaft layout (a Honda innovation) means more power actually gets to the ground, so the Rincon can offer the real-world power of the competition’s bigger, heavier models. Premium long-travel suspension, rugged bodywork, strong steel racks front and rear—the Rincon’s list of features just keeps going on and on. One thing you can’t see but is readily apparent is the Rincon’s all-day comfort, something serious ATV riders will appreciate. And then there’s just the way the Rincon looks: Strong. Purposeful. Like a flagship ATV should. So forget about putting up with a rough rider. Treat yourself to a Honda Rincon, and discover just how comfortable “roughing it” can be. Important Safety Information: Recommended for riders 16 years of age and older. Honda recommends that all ATV riders take a training course and read their owner’s manual thoroughly.Independent Rear SuspensionThe Rincon's IRS returns two big benefits: First, it helps ensure constant tire contact with the ground for superior traction; second, it gives you an ultra-smooth ride over rough terrain, so you don't get beat up on the trail.Lower Emissions, More RangeWith its 675cc liquid-cooled, fuel-injected four-stroke engine, the Rincon can power through terrain and trails with ease. The twin-plug cylinder head and an oxygen sensor give the Rincon great fuel efficiency, too.Three-Speed Automatic TransmissionNo belts to slip or clutches to wear out on the Rincon—it features an automotive-style three-speed automatic transmission just like a truck’s, so you can depend on it for both a smooth ride and years of trouble-free service.ENGINEEngine Type675cc liquid-cooled OHV semi-dry-sump longitudinally mounted single-cylinder four-strokeBore And Stroke102mm x 82.6mmInductionElectronic fuel injection (PGM-FI), 40mm throttle bodiesIgnitionFull-transistorized type with electronic advanceStarterElectric with auxiliary recoil DRIVE TRAINTransmissionAutomatic with hydraulic torque converter, three forward gears, Reverse, and electronic controlsDrivelineDirect front and rear driveshafts with TraxLok® and torque-sensitive front differential CHASSIS / SUSPENSION / BRAKESFront SuspensionIndependent double-wishbone; 6.9 inches travelRear
2017 Honda FourTrax Recon , There’s an old saying: It’s not the size of the dog in the fight; it’s the size of the fight in the dog. And that’s certainly true when it comes to the world of all-terrain vehicles. Bigger isn’t always better—like on a tight trail, when it’s time to load and unload, or when it’s time to open up your wallet. Thank goodness for the Honda Recon—an ATV that gets it. The Recon is a powerful, versatile, rugged ATV, but one that also offers a smaller overall footprint. Its compact size helps you maneuver through tighter trails that would stop some larger ATVs. It’s two-wheel-drive layout features Honda’s famous longitudinal engine design for more efficient power transfer. And the Recon is even available in two different models: one features our conventional foot-shift ATV transmission, while the Recon ES offers Honda’s Electric Shift Program (ESP), which lets you upshift and downshift using two handlebar-mounted buttons. The Recon. It’s one of the smartest ATV choices you can make. Important Safety Information: Recommended for riders 16 years of age and older. 2017 Honda FourTrax Foreman RUBICON 4X4, It doesn’t matter whether we’re talking about architecture, transportation, clothing, food or music: the real greats stand the test of time. And when you’re talking about all-terrain vehicles, that test means two things: how many hours a day you want to ride, and how long your ATV lasts. The Honda FourTrax Foreman Rubicon knocks it out of the park on both counts. It’s a premium ATV that places a premium on rider comfort—all-day comfort. And we have a great selection of Rubicon models with a wide range of features, so you can pick the one that’s perfect for you. And for 2017, we even have a model with the paint color applied over the bodywork—a first for a Honda ATV. Every Rubicon uses the same 500-class engine—tough, proven and efficient. You get to choose between two transmission options: a rugged conventional-type ATV gearbox that makes the Rubicon the only manual-shift ATV with Independent Rear Suspension on the market, and our revolutionary automatic dual-clutch transmission with new, smoother shift map and featuring strong steel-gear internals. Independent Rear Suspension (IRS) is about more than just comfort and a plush ride, though. The Rubicon’s superior suspension engineering gives you the confidence you need to tackle rough trails, while providing day-long ride comfort and excellent traction on uneven ground. And there’s tons more to talk about: refined controls, strong steel racks, inboard rear-disc brake, available Electric Power Steering (EPS), and even models featuring red A-arms, springs and black cast and machined aluminum wheels. But no matter which Rubicon you choose, one thing’s for certain: Once you start riding, the only reason you’ll want to stop is to refuel. Important Safety Information: Recommended for riders 16 years of age and older. Honda recommends that all ATV riders take a training course and read their owner’s manual thoroughly.Independent rear suspension. All our 2017 Foreman Rubicon models feature an Independent Rear Suspension setup (IRS) that gives you a smoother ride and increased traction over uneven terrain.Honda automatic dual-clutch transmission.Strong internals, fast shifts, excellent control, true compression-braking capability in steep terrain and an automatic program that upshifts and downshifts while you concentrate on riding—the Honda automatic dual-clutch transmission has it all, including low range and a new smoother shift map this year. It’s one of the best choices you can make, and it’s available on our Rubicon DCT, Rubicon DCT EPS and Rubicon DCT EPS Deluxe models.Electric power steering.Honda's Electric Power Steering (available on the EPS models) features sophisticated torque sensors that measure how much force you're applying and then tailor how much extra assist you need. It makes your life way easier, especially when riding over ruts, rocks, logs or on s
